How it works

We run a few different types of sessions.

Adult sessions run every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during school term time - please see opening times.  These sessions are for every skill level and you are free to find something to paint or have a play with clay.  We charge a small studio fee for each session and this covers the paint you use, tea, coffee or similar, and help to get you started on your item. 

There are class brushes but we recommend that, if you like it after a session or two, you get your own brushes as the class brushes are rather used and abused and you get much better results with your own nurtured brushes!

Our bisque prices are extremely competitive and you will find it difficult to find better value for money anywhere else.

After School Club runs every Tuesday evening 4 - 5.30pm during term time.  Children from age 6 - 16.  These sessions are booked by the half term and paid in advance.  Places are limited and a wait list is available to join for children looking to come along in the coming terms. 

Holiday Club.  During the school holidays and Monday inset days, the Monday morning adult session becomes an accompanied session.  Adults can come along or bring along their children for this session.

We run a variety of sessions for Kids only which are published on the Diary page.  Some of these sessions are structured so everyone attending does the same item or uses the same technique.  However, the majority of these sessions are paint what you like and we will help each child to finish the item the way they would like.  Sessions must be pre-booked. 

More sessions will be put on if the demand is there so please let us have your requests if there is something the children would like to do, or a date that would be good for you.  We need your feedback to make these sessions work for everyone.

Workshops and Seminars - these adult sessions are technique based and are run from time to time depending on demand. Please check the diary pages for forthcoming dates.

Bespoke Training is available for any person or group that would like a specific session or day(s) training tailored to incorporate one or a variety of things.


Parties We love running parties. These are available in a variety of ways. Childrens' parties are for any age and typically run for 1½ hours for 6 years and under, or 2 hours for 7 years plus. They are themed and we ask that the party host comes in well in advance of the party and chooses the theme. We don't supply food but ask that you bring that in party boxes. These can be emptied at the end and the item each child has painted be put in the box as part of their party bag to take home. We can run ceramic or craft parties and a large range of themes is available.

Hen parties, ladies nights and corporate days are also available and can be tailored to suit.

A minimum of 6 people is required.
